10 Days Everest Base Camp Trek is the fastest way to complete world’s number one Everest base camp at 5364m. And going to climdKalapathar viewpoint 5545m. The superspeeds walk of ten days from Lukla airport. After landing in a small aircraft (Dornier or Twin Otter) with dramatic flights from Kathmandu.
On 10 Days Everest Trek leads us passing several interesting Sherpa farm villages of Ghat-Phakding-Monjo- Jorsalle. Encountering series of prayer walls on every trail with rotating religious bells and Buddhist monuments. Our trek route leads into serene forested areas of thickest rhododendron-magnolia-pines-fires and oak trees at Namche. Here we will explore the world highest Everest view hotels with a cup of tea or coffee before going higher.

Namche, the gateway to 10 Days Everest Base Camp Trek region located at 4,440m high and an ideal spot for a rest day to acclimatize to delightful time browsing around its various shops-stores and restaurants. In the shade of Kongde peak and adjoining peaks of Thamserku as well Mt. Everest 8848m and magnificent Ama Dablam. From here heading higher to beautiful and scenic Thyangboche Monastery Gokyo Lake Valley with Gokyo Lake Valley a sweeping panorama of surrounding giant peaks with views of Mt. Everest-Lhotse and Ama Dablam in the harmony of pristine natural environment and sound of monks chanting a prayer. On Everest Base Camp walk continues passed by Pangboche village.

Where the tree lines disappear to find the wild open windswept country site. Our trekking route leads closer to Everest Base Camp areas, then finally reaching the foot of the world’s highest Mt. Everest base camp above 5,364 m / 17,701 ft high facing the Khumbu Icefalls and glaciers, enjoying an excellent view of visiting Everest base camp back to overnight Gorakshep.Next early morning hike 400m to the adventure peak on top of Kalapatthar 5,545 m / 18,298 ft high with a breath-taking panorama of mountains with Everest at close distance.

Day 01: Fly to Lukla 2,820 m (30 mins flights) and trek to Monjo 2,860 m - 05 hrs.
Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m - 04 hrs.
Day 03: Trek to Thyangboche Monastery 3,867 m with a hike to Everest View Hotel- 06 hrs.
Day 04: Trek to Dingboche 4,260 m - 05hrs.
Day 05: Trek to Lobuche 4,930 m - 05 hrs.
Day 06: Trek to Everest Base Camp 5,364 m and return to Gorakshep 5,180 m - 06 hrs.
Day 07: Hike to Kalapatthar 5,545 m and walk to Pheriche 3,210 m - 05hrs.
Day 08: Trek to Namche Bazaar - 07 hrs.
Day 09: Trek to Lukla - 06 hrs.
Day 10: Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to respective hotels.

Itinerarys

Day 01: Fly to Lukla 2,820 m (30 mins flights) and trek to Monjo 2,860 m - 05 hrs.

Morning flight to Lukla with views of Mt. Everest and arrays of peaks during 30 mins flight to

Lukla, where first day walk starts to reach overnight stop at Monjo village.

Walk is easier on downhill path with short ups past several Sherpa villages and into coniferous

forest with tall rhododendron-pines and oak trees following Dudh-Kosi River and past Phakding

to Monjo.  

Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m - 06 hrs.
Today a long climb to reach Namche Bazaar, at first entering Sagarmatha National Park entrance near Monjo village, (Sagarmatha for Everest in Nepalese and Sherpa calls Chomolungma in both languages means 'Great Mother').

From here pleasant walk on river bed leading to a climb for few hours into forested areas with views of snow capped peaks, as our walk reaches you at Namche Bazaar.

At Namche afternoon free to explore streets of Namche Bazaar full of shops, stores and many good restaurants with bakeries, Namche holds Saturday Market once a week.

Day 03:  Trek to Thyangboche Monastery 3,867 m – 05 hrs.
From Namche options for hike to Everest View Hotel on top Namche Hill for excellent views of Everest, Ama-Dablam and other adjoining peaks, after a climbing walk leads on gradual and scenic winding path then on downhill to Imjatse River to reach at Phunge-Tenga for lunch, afternoon with uphill climb into tall rhododendron, pines, fir forest with grand views of snowcapped peaks.

After few hours of scenic climb reaching Thyangboche Monastery, enjoy marvelous views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Kangtenga, Thamserku, Kongde with magnificent
Mt. Ama Dablam, afternoon time to explore Thyangboche monastery of great interest and observing young monks and priest with prayer chanting that fills this beautiful environment.

Thyangboche surrounded with lovely green woods, holds an important colorful festival Mani-Rimdu every year in the month of October as per Buddhist Luna calendar.

Day 04:  Trek to Dingboche 4,260 m - 05hrs.

Morning walks downhill to reach Imjatse River, crossing the bridge and then into an open country where tree lines fade, and then uphill to Pangboche village at 3,900 meters.

Pangboche last permanent village on route Everest Base Camp, Dingboche and beyond, from here a slow climb to Somara for lunch and continue to walk with a short climb to Dingboche village for an overnight stop, located on scenic wide Imjatse valley with excellent views of Ama Dablam North Face with stunning Island Peak.

Day 05: Trek to Lobuche 4,930 m - 05 hrs.

After a nice and pleasant stop at Dingboche, morning walk leads to a short steep climb with excellent views of peaks and then walking on the gradual uphill trail to reach Thugla for lunch, where massive Khumbu glaciers melt into raging rivers.

Here path from Pheriche and Dingboche joins on route Everest Base Camp, after a break a steep climb for an hour to Thugla pass, where you can see stone memorials of unfortunate climbers who died climbing on Mt. Everest, Lhotse or other high mountains. From here a nice walk to Lobuche for an overnight stop.

Day 06: Trek to Everest Base Camp 5364 m and return to Gorakshep 5,180 m - 06 hrs.

Today our adventure takes you at Everest Base Camp our main goal and highlight of the trip walking for few hours with a short steep climb in between glacier and moraine, then reaching at Gorakshep, beneath the lofty peak of Pumori and Kalapathar rocky hill.

The walk continues towards Everest base camp, at base camp enjoy views of massive Khumbu Ice Fall and glaciers, after an exciting time with the experience of a lifetime retrace the journey back to Gorakshep for an overnight stop.

Day 07: Hike to Kalapatthar 5,545 m and walk to Pheriche 3,210 m - 05hrs.

Early morning climb on top Kalapattha at 5,545 m, the highest point of the adventure with a fantastic panorama of mountains facing Mt. Everest at close distance.

After a great moment with excellent views descend back to Gorakshep for breakfast and continue to walk to Thugla, from here downhill to Pheriche around the windy valley.

Day 08: Trek to Namche Bazaar - 07 hrs.

Walk leads on easy path with short climb and descend to Pangboche village and then on same route from Pangboche onward to reach scenic Thyangboche Monastery, allowing you with more time on this beautiful spot for more views, from Thyangboche walk downhill to a river with uphill for an hour, and then with nice pleasant walk back to Namche Bazaar for overnight stop.

Day 09: Trek to Lukla - 06 hrs.

From Namche, our last day walk of the adventure leads to a long descend on the same route towards Sagarmatha National Park entrance to reach at Monjo village, from here on the gentle gradual trail crossing bridges to reach Phakding.

From Phakding on the way to Lukla with few ups and downhill with a last and final climb of an hour to Lukla for last overnight stop in Khumbu and Everest region.

Day 10:  Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to respective hotels.
Morning transfer to Lukla air terminal for exciting flight to reach back into hustle and bustle city life of Kathmandu where our program to Everest base camp ten days trekking completes.
