You need two trekking permits which are a Sagarmatha National Park permit and a local trekking permit. The cost of Sagarmatha National Park is USD 30 and for SAARC country USD 15 per person and the cost of the local trekking permit is USD 20 per person. The national park permit card is easily available in Kathmandu valley and for the local trekking permit, you have to take a flight to Lukla, in Lukla you will get the local trekking permit.
