  • Enough water as for longer hikes, you will need to carry up to 2 liters of tea & water, soup, or coffee
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen
  • Insect repellants (Not at that altitude but in the lower lands during the early days of the Everest Island Peak Trek.
  • Camera
  • Mobile with enough disposable battery chargers (do not litter the nature – store them to bring them back and dispose of properly)
  • A loud whistle, for drawing attention in case of emergency
  • Lightweight head torch as you will need to trek at the wee hours of the morning

  • Base mid and outer layer tops and bottoms
